Ben Longbottom

Ben specialises in property and business transactions.  He also regularly assists rural clients with commercial rural legal work (including wind farms).

Ben’s recent experience includes the sale and purchase of businesses (share and asset transactions), corporate restructuring, commercial and rural property acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, and advising on commercial structures and contracts. In addition, he is experienced in subdivisions, the sale and purchase of residential property, and estate planning (trusts, wills and powers of attorney).
