We are thrilled to announce that, effective today, Tracie Waterhouse has joined the Board of McVeagh Fleming. Tracie has dedicated her entire career to law and is passionate about the future of our firm. Since becoming an Equity Partner in May 2021, she has played a key role in our decision-making process. Her strategic thinking and results-oriented focus will be invaluable in her new governance role.
Please take a moment to congratulate Tracie and wish her well in her new role. It’s extra responsibility on top of her already busy workload, and we are confident she will rise to the challenge.
As part of this appointment, James Varney will transition to a Board Advisory role on 1 July 2024 and will continue in this role until the end of the year. We are all very grateful for James’ contribution over the years and pleased he has agreed to remain involved in an advisory capacity. His institutional knowledge and passion for McVeagh Fleming’s future is invaluable.
