Reagan started her career at a Hawke’s Bay law firm in 2018 before joining McVeagh Fleming in September 2021.
Reagan specialises in family law, with her areas of practice including parenting disputes, family violence, Oranga Tamariki (including permanency), and relationship property (both contracting out agreements to protect assets, and separation).
Reagan understands that family law matters are often a difficult time for clients, and focusses on providing concise and pragmatic advice about the best options available, and keeping her clients informed throughout every step of the process. While Reagan will always aim to assist clients to reach a resolution without the need for litigation, she regularly appears in the Family Courts across Auckland and has the skills and experience to represent her clients in court if necessary.
Reagan is a lead provider of legal aid, and in October 2023 was appointed to the New Zealand Law Society Access to Justice Law Reform Committee.
